1. Services

FolyCure acts as a health tourism coordinator, arranging hair transplant procedures, accommodation, transportation, and related services in Istanbul, Turkey. We coordinate between patients and licensed medical facilities and practitioners.

2. Consultation and Treatment Plan

Free consultations are provided based on photographs and information submitted by the patient. The final treatment plan, including graft count and technique, is confirmed during the in-person pre-operative examination. Treatment plans may be adjusted based on the surgeon's clinical assessment.

3. All-Inclusive Packages

Our packages include:

• Hair transplant procedure (FUE or DHI as specified)
• 4-star hotel accommodation (3 nights, standard room)
• Round-trip economy flight ticket
• VIP airport and hotel transfers
• Pre-operative blood tests
• PRP treatment
• Post-operative medications and aftercare kit
• 12-month remote follow-up support

Additional nights, room upgrades, companion accommodation, or additional procedures are not included and will be quoted separately.

4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due no later than 10 days before your scheduled procedure date. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 30+ days before procedure: Full deposit refund minus administrative fee
• 15-29 days before procedure: 50% of deposit refunded
• Less than 15 days: Deposit is non-refundable
• Medical exceptions: If you are deemed medically unfit for the procedure during pre-op examination, a full refund will be provided

6. Medical Disclaimer

Hair transplant results vary between individuals based on factors including hair type, donor area density, age, and adherence to aftercare instructions. While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. All medical procedures carry inherent risks which will be discussed during your consultation.

7. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate medical history and current medications
• Following pre-operative and post-operative instructions
• Having valid travel documents (passport, visa if required)
• Arranging appropriate travel insurance

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
